Weight loss yoga: - Healthy and affective method.


Weight loss yoga is a method to obtain a new lifestyle by bringing positive changes in your eating habit. Yoga is a natural method of loosing weight. Since childhood unknowingly we have performed yogic postures by lying down on stomach with sleeping, crawling and many more. But as we grew up, yoga stayed behind and we left doing all these physical activities because of our growing age. Yoga supports weight loss process; it does not reduce but prevents accumulation of extra fat. It balances your body, reenergize, make your body flexible and improves digestion. When yoga postures are followed properly, they massage the endocrine glands and the digestive system. There are many fitness centers and academy who give classes of yoga. In fact, fitness clinics who give treatment of weight loss by laser or any other machines promote yoga in daily life.

While performing yoga it is very important to maintain weight loss diet plans. To formulate a plan, you should make a time table of your daily activities.  Time table should constitute morning breakfast till dinner.
Breakfast: - scrambled eggs, 1 glass of skimmed or toned milk, sprouts and beans salad, and tea with only 1 teaspoon milk.
Lunch: - chicken sandwich, whole grain wheat bread, green vegetable salad and curd. Drink a glass of water before meal.
Dinner: - light food, rice, cooked pulses, low oil food at night is recommended.

Weight loss diet plans make life healthy and support your daily workout in gym, evening walks or yoga program. Small portions meals have to be fixed. In case of working women, they can keep sprouts and chicken sandwich with them for lunch. Low calorie and sugar free biscuits are beneficial if taken in evening tea. Weight loss chart is mostly given by dieticians in slimming clinic. People who follow diet charts can see better results than those who keep on taking fatty contents in their food and do workout on machines but still complain about weight gain. When you visit a health clinic, they will ask you to stand on a machine which tells you about your body mass index. BMI is taken out by the difference of your age and height. A dietician makes a plan in which quantity of fruits, which one to eat, names of vegetables, at what time you have to eat, your wake up time, exercise time and water intake, everything is mentioned.

To improve health by reducing weight it is important to do yoga, do breathing exercises, take protein rich diet, and avoid red meat plus oily food. The best oil in the market which has low fat contents is olive oil. You should cook food in it to avoid calories. Chicken and fish are allowed because they come in the category of white meat.
